I'm going to San Francisco. I just got my visa approved yesterday, and my plane leaves on the 26th to take me to my awesome internship of awesomeness.
Gah, only a little under three weeks left, and so much still to organise...
I'll be flying back via New York on the 8th of March, and I'll probably get to New York five days before that or so.
So, if anybody wants to meet up in SF or NY: Hollah! I might also go to LA for a weekend, I don'T knwo yet. I'll definitely be in SF all by my lonesome on Christmas, because flights back home to merry old Europe are just too expensive. Can't wait to be watching "It's a beautiful life" in a loop and weeping into my Microwave Turkey dinner of utter lonelyness.
But, ooohh, the excitement! Here's to hoping that I'll find someplace to live in SF
I'll let you know if I manage to make it down there (my idea of the distance between the two cities was a bit off, but 8 hours in the bus is still only the same time I spent on a Bus for a single day in London from time to time, so it should be worth it for a bit of LA sunshine.)
p.s. Great choice with Sigur Ros
Good luck finding your new temporary home!
I'd love to meet up! I only back home in Cali during the winter holidays anyway! Perhaps I'll make a roadtrip to San Fran! ^^
